We accept returns only in the case of defective products. Defective products must be supported by photographic evidence, which should be sent via email to contact@bhuppii.com along with your order details.
In rare cases of a return where there is no delivery issue and the correct product was received, a deduction of Rs 100 will be made from the refund to cover the reverse pickup cost due to increasing logistics expenses. The refund will be provided 24 hours of accepting the return request.
Color & Design Variations:
Please note that slight variations in the color and design of the products compared to what is shown on our website and advertisements may occur. Returns and refunds will not be granted for such slight variations.
Exclusions from Refunds:
If product defects are found to be the result of customer actions or omissions, we will not be liable for any refunds.
Products that have been used or washed are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable. If no COD amount was charged, Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:
Exchange/Return requests will be processed only once per order. In exceptional cases, a second exchange will incur an additional charge of Rs 100.
To avoid potential issues, please do not accept damaged packages during delivery.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges or returns if the merchandise does not meet the required criteria.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Cancellations made after 6 hours will incur a deduction of Rs 150 from the refund amount.
If an order is already shipped and you refuse delivery, a deduction of Rs 100 will be made from the refund to cover shipping and processing costs.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer and will be completed within 4-5 working days.
